[ART] Art for UTA Competitive League (Request)

Hi everyone reading this! I was wondering if anyone (by computer) could make a logo for the Underused Tier Association League I am forming. The idea has been approved, and I was thinking that I should get a logo, and that the shape of the logo would be a gold shield. Inside the shield is an Umbreon 's head facing a Suicune's head. They are both angrily staring at each other. And a sword is going through one side of the shield and another end is on the other side of the shield (without overlapping the main logo.)
