[REQUEST] (POWERSAVE/PKHex REQUEST) Shiny Litten and Level up?

I know that powersaves are in the wrong right now, but what I request is very simple. I want someone to turn one of my bred Litten's shiny and level up my shiny Minior to level 100 so I can use my golden bottle cap on it. Much appreciated if anyone could do that. <3
