Yes these pokemon are free! Remember that this is bred pokemon and NOT evolved or battle ready pokemon. These aren't shiny pokemon either. Also, IF you want, we can try a reverse GTS setup using a Wurmple, or a worse pokemon that won't get sniped and leave it in this format:
