Cant get legenderies in ORAS

Hey i was playing a new game of Alpha Sappire and i finished the delta episode and wanted to get the lake guardians so i flew to the nameless cavern but when i click on the  ring it just
says : A mysterious ring is floating in the  air... and nothing else what can i do to get the legenderies

You need to have a pokemon on your team with max happiness to be able to encounter them. You can check your pokemons happiness by going to Verdanterf town and talking to the girl beside the skitty in the house next to Wanda's
