Cant get legenderies in ORAS

Hey i was playing a new game of Alpha Sappire and i finished the delta episode and wanted to get the lake guardians so i flew to the nameless cavern but when i click on the ring it just
says : A mysterious ring is floating in the air... and nothing else what can i do to get the legenderies |
