Completing Pokedex

Hi everyone i am new here, i am currently trying to complete the national pokedex. i have one of each pokemon and im currently at the Unova pokedex, im here to ask for help with a few pokemon, i dont have much for trade i have been breeding and training my pokemon to complete this long and hard pokedex i hope that i can get this done with help from new friends thanks if you are able to help me out.
