I have no idea where else to put this, so here we go.
Now that Project Pokemon is basically dead, I thought the next best place to post this would be here. I really don't understand what ROM hacks are and are not capable of. Could someone please run through everything? Note that I'm specifically referring to Platinum and HeartGold.
Please do reply if you know anything! I really want to make a Platinum hack and a HeartGold hack on the levels of Roland's Perfect Platinum and Perfect Heart, but I have so many plans that I dpn't know what I can/can't do D:
