Does anyone here experienced the same error I am having?

This shows when I try to connect to the internet. SOS pls.
If yes, how did you solve the problem?

Try resetting your router? I've got it before and that seems to help me.

Tried the 2nd time and for how long will I wait?

@xhinnn Usually it comes back after a few minutes for me. Perhaps disconnect your 3DS and then reconnect it? i.e. delete your 3DS Internet settings and reconnect it to your router

I used my phone as my connection provider and it worked. But, I can't get my game work on our internet connection.
