Well, my all time favorite is mega Ray Ray. He just looks so... magestic!
Well, that was an obvious choice, so here are my other favorites in no particular order.
1. Furret (IT'S SO CUTEE!!!)

3. Charizard (Appearently I have a thing for black...)
