So here's the deal; I want to send a friend a copy of Pokemon SoulSilver. I live in Australia and she lives in the US. Will my EU SoulSilver work on her US 3DS or is it region locked? Thank you.

@Kris to my knowledge, only PAL games work across regions, so a EU game should not work on a US 3DS. I bought a US HeartGold a while back, without doing enough research, and it did not work on my European 3DS.
