[S/M] Critical Capture

So I am trying to complete the Pokedex for that Shiny Charm, and I'm about 50% there, so I would expect the Crit. Capture every now and then, but I have never seen one in Moon, is it harder for them to come across?

According to Bulbapedia it's the same as every other other gen. It's only like happened to me twice in moon tbh

With my pokedex at 100% i tend to get it like 1/100 pokeballs thrown
