[DISCUSSION] How do I find the Trainer Shiny Value?

As the title explains, I need help to find my Trainer Shiny Value in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon. I'm mainly doing this so I can try to RNG shiny pokemon, mainly the legends and ultra beasts. It would be very helpful if someone can teach me how to do it. I've looked everywhere and all I can find is that you can find it if you use powersaves but I don't want to buy it unless its a last resort. So if anyone knows how to find it I would really appreciate it if you can tell me to make it easier for me. Plus I'm new to this RNG thing so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about this.
