[DISCUSSION] How to become a moderator

I am not worthy but I was wondering what is the proccess for becoming a moderator as I am trying to find what all moderators have in common.

@Breeder Jonny 2 a lot of it is exactly what you'd expect but, for clarity, here's a little run down of how we pick our potential candidates mod First off, being a regular visitor on the site is a good start. But past that you need to be able to actively contribute into discussion on the site and be known within the community. We also look at how you conduct yourself on the forums eg. are they helpful or are they adverse, are they friendly or do they get into arguments, what do they add to the forums, etc. If we feel that you'd be a good fit for the job, and if we're looking for new moderators, then we'd put you into consideration. That's pretty much it to be honest. Hope that helps
