Hey guys! I wanted to know what your opinions were on this team setup in competitive. Is it REALLY worth using?

In order for this set to work, you must follow a specific pattern.
On the first turn, use Gourgeist to use Trick-or-Treat on Snorlax. For the first two turns, use Stockpile to bulk up Snorlax's defense. Then, use curse, which is now ghost type.
Use rest and recycle when HP is low in order to stall. Wash, rinse, and repeat, and you are sure to leave your enemy ripping their hair out.
