This is important so listen up.
While traversing Ultra Space, you play a minigame, Ultra Warp Ride, and the goal of this to go as far as possible to find Legendary Pokemon, Ultra Beasts, etc. While doing this if you go far enough, you may come across a sparkling wormhole, these have a guaranteed 3IV Shiny Pokemon in them. Is this a new method? No, they are far too common. They aren't affected by the shiny charm, and have no ''odds''. The Shinyness is predetermined when you enter a sparkling wormhole. This does not apply for Legendary Pokemon and Ultra Beasts who have standard odds.
