Since it's a doubles 'mon, go with Moonblast to avoid Wide Guard shenanigans and to bypass Kommo-o's Soundproof, like everyone's already said. Or run both for options. :D
I don't believe that Kommo-o can OHKO physically defensive Sylveon/M-Altaria with a +1 Poison Jab. At best, it'll 2HKO your Fairy 'mon (def. a 2HKO on Sylveon but only a 2HKO on M-Altaria with Rocks up). That being said, though, I'd suggest only bringing it your Fairy 'mon on Kommo-o with Trick Room already up or you'll lose the exchange instead since Kommo-o is faster than both (assuming Kommo-o tagged your Fairy on the switch with Poison Jab, though).
Not gonna even bother talking about M-Gardevoir since it eats Kommo-o for breakfast unless its got no speed investment (which shouldn't happen with M-Gard).
