Can i ask how trading works is it online between freinds or local

I think it works online. I dont have it yet (Any of them) so I cant answer with confidence

I don't think it works online, like GTS type of thing. I think your friends have to be online, playing the game, and in the link menu (talk to the link lady in pokecenter).
I tried it once, and it didnt connect me to any random online players. |
