Chances are the one you got was cloned or hacked. A fair trade would be your pikachu for a okay shiny.

It's an event shiny with an unobtainable move, so it would probably be worth another event with an unobtainable move (ex. Sludge Bomb Zoroark, V-Create Victini, Barrier Dragonite, etc.).
The minute you think of giving up, think of the reason why you held on so long.
