I can breed whatever you want onto it. I might have one with 5IVs that I can breed. Standard is Jolly with egg moves Dragon Dance and Ice Punch, so let me know if you want that.

I won't EV train it. I'm in the business of breeding, not training to trade them away. If you want a certain EV spread, that's on you. I will agree to breed for the HA and the moves if you're still interested.
