[FOR TRADE] touch trade for evolution

I'm playing crystal on 3ds and i need someone to trade with to evolve my seadra and trade back. please help.

I am afraid that will not be possible as trading on the virtual console games such as crystal on the 3ds requires a local wireless connection since the games have no way to connect to the internet that I know of 

Edit: I double checked again to make sure it wasn't patched or anything but nintendo's official store specifically states the following so it appears it is still impossible:

• Battle and trade with friends using local wireless.*
