[FUN] Low Level League

Or the Triple L . What is the "Low Level League"? It is a Pokemon tournamentesk thing where you have to use pokemon UNDER LEVEL 30! It gives you a chanse to use Pokémon you would normaly not use! So yeah thats the gist. Say UNDER LEVEL 30 in the comments and add my FC and I will add yours and you will be a part of it! Have fun!
