Festival Plaza works, right?

I understand that the festival plaza locks you out of daily things for 24 hours if you change your clock, which I did for DST... What do you do if it doesn't open back up?  I changed my clock almost a week ago.  Anyone else with the issue?

That's a sign you got banned. Just wait a few more days and see if you can trade. Also make sure your internet is good. I had a similar problem because my internet wasn't strong enough.
