EVs are the stats a Pokemon earn after a combat, depending which Pokemon you defeated. For example, defeating a Machop will give your Pokemon 1 EV in Attack. Depending the numbers, you need 4 to 8 EV to earn 1 point in a stat.
IVs are Pokemon genes. They cant be changed on a Pokemon. The only way is breeding, or reseting for legendaries. The max is 31. I recommand Pokemon Showdown Teambuilder so yo ucan try by yourself. |
