Foreign Mareep with decent IVs.

Hello. I am currently shiny hunting mareep, and I would like it if it had good IVs. If anyone has a mareep with goodish IVs, would you trade it to me? If you would like it back, I would gladly return it. Any help would be appreciated. I live in the us, and I can give my FC if you PM me.
