Need to evolve Porygon to 2 and Z

Hi all. I have a Porygon with an Upgrade that I need to evolve, but then I'd like to have it traded back to evolve to Porygon Z ( I have the dubious disk as well). I'd be glad to help out with anyone who needs to do some trade evos as well.
