GTS Issues?

Hello all, I was wondering if any of you were also having issues with GTS? Many of the people in my giveaway have deposited Pokemon and their Pokemon is NOT in the GTS. I checked 5+ times, yet they say that were not sniped. Is there some sort of issue going on right now? Thanks in advance for any replies.
