[HELP] Cant play pokemon tcg online

Hi i have a big problem, i cant play or start the pokemon tcg online on my computer. It says that it cant connect to the user profile or something like that.
Pls help me, i really want to play it.

I have already download IT 6 times but nothing changes.
I could play IT for like one day but then i dont know what happend.
I download IT again but IT Said that IT couldnt connect to the user profile
