[HELP] How do i put animated pictures

I've been seeing from other people's threads an animated pokemons. I was wondering how can i put on of those

I always go here, and search for the pokemon I want. rightclick on the desired animation, and copy the the image.
And then you're able to rightclick+paste it in here.
