Has anyone caught a 5 IV pokemon from SOS?

Hi guys I want to know if any of you caught a 5 IV from SOS chaining. I am aware that at chain 30 the garuanteed IVs are 4.

I've been trying to get a ditto with more than 4 IVs in moon, and the closest I got is a Jolly Ditto with 4 max 31 IVs, the other remaining 2 IVs at 29 (Very good)...

And I've caught 50+ dittos via SOS, every time the remaining IVs seem to cap off at 29?
