Help me Evolve Shiny Porygon 2?

Hey there guys, I need just a few more Pokemon to complete my Dex. I'd like to ask if someone could help me evolve my Porygon into Porygon 2 and then into Porygon Z. The only issue that he is Shiny, I hatched him in attempt to get a good one for the sake of IVs. I feel for this reason, he runs of a risk of getting stolen, but I'd love to evolve him into his final form. if anyone can give me a hand, I can pass on a Gible in exchange. please do let me know, thank you in advance!
