SpeedBoost Torchics. Most have 3-4 IVs. All have Baton Pass
Torrent Squirtle. Modest Nature. Aura Sphere and Dragon Pulse Egg Moves
I'll take a intimidate growlith with those egg moves and a compound eyes joltiks but I won't be home for 10 hours
