How do you change your title?

I see people with custom made titles, how many posts until you can change yours or is it just an exclusive thing?

from what i can tell, you have to be a trusted user first, which comes from reputation
just do things that people would give rep for and you'll get there. or so i theorize

EDIT: looking at other peoples' custom titles, I believe you need 15 rep

@wundrweapon is right @NoRaTiX, you need about 15-16 reps and then you can be a cool kid like me haha
