How to PokeGen? With PKHex?

I have seen these giveaways with PKHex and stuff and I find it amazing! And I would love to know just how to do it. If somebody could tell me it would be awesome! I know I probably won't get any replies and stuff like that. But since this is such a big pokemon community, I thought I'd try and ask.
