Those last ones are the EVENT pokemon and thus do not have to be registered. You also got a few that are able to be caught in almost any game you'd have. I suggest looking these guys all up. that way you know EVERY THING you need. cause some of these are trade evolve. And thus you need a lot of trust on the person you're trading too. I missed out on a steelix because I could not trust someone on the friendsafari reddit. 
Look, and find out what you need for the trade evolve pokemon and make CERTAIN you have everything and see if there is a local person, or a family member that has the game, and would trade-trade back for you.
