I need an ability capsule

I need an ability capsule, I found this one min refusing to breed the right ability (I'm not breeding for hidden abilities) and I need the capsule to get him on the right nature. If you got one, PLEASE let me know. Thanks!

An ability capsule takes a whopping 200 battle points. It's easier to just breed the ability.

I can breed one, but the ability capsule is used for changing abilities, not nature.
