[LOOKING FOR] CELEBI CODES FT SHINY STARTERS FOR SM

With the upcoming releases of US/UM I'm looking for a Celebi code, I have shiny starters (Rowlet & Bulbasaur) with 4-5 IVs with desirable nature, both starters can be female (I've bred many) and the rowlet has EM while the bulbasaur is in a nest ball + HA.

Both starters are purely legitimate, one parent is a non clone/genned JPN ditto caught in the wild while the other parent is also caught in the wild.
