[LOOKING FOR] Ditto (not US)

Hey I just got pokemon sun and I wanted to start breeding for shiny pokemon, I wanted to know if anyone was willing to trade a non-US ditto. I don't really have anything good, but I do have an extra rowlet and popplio. Also i'm pretty new to this game, so i'm not sure exactly how to do the trade.
