[LOOKING FOR] Hidden Power Ice Eevee/Jolteon

Hey guys, I'm breeding an competitive team and due to lack of Ditto resources I'm looking for an Eevee or Jolteon with Hidden Power Ice. It doesn't have to have perfect speed IV (30), but 20-30 would be preferable.
I can offer a variety of HA pokémon with good IVs (the ones catchable in ORAS) or just perfect IVs in general. Thanks for you help!
