Hiya! This squirtle doesn't need any HA, EV, or anything of that sorts.
I'm just looking for a shiny squirtle for my friends little brothers which is fav pokemon is of course Blastoise.
I have all the national pokemon if you'd like one (sadly i don't have any mythical or legendary for trade), if you want a shiny pokemon that's able to be caught by fishing i'll try my hardest, but all I want is that shiny squitle for my homeboy Matthew
