Pokémon 20th Anniversary Keldeo but can it be LV 50/60 instead of 100 I want to actually be able to train with it instead of having an instant LV 100 in my team

Ok its ready but i just wanted to let u know that ur keldeo build doesnt really make much sense
U wanted it to be mild nature which lowers its defense, thats fine but then u asked for 252 EVs on defense stat even though its been lowered coz of nature. is that how u want it?
