[LOOKING FOR] Non USA 6IV Ditto

I'm looking to obtain a 6IV Ditto that's not from my region. I don't have a ton to offer in return. But if anyone has any extra, I will give what I can.

Doesn't really matter to me. Are any of them in special balls like apricorn balls (Safari balls or such)

No, sorry. I have a HA Cleffa 5IV in a Moon Ball but that's about it.

No, sorry. I have a HA Cleffa 5IV in a Moon Ball but that's about it.

What about the Cleffa, The Alolan Sandshrew (If you have one) and Bulbasaur? (also are they female?)
