Can somebody edit nature of my eevee? offering event pokemon from 2007 onwards

I recently caught my very own shiny eevee, however it's quiet natured, I would like to change it to impish and with somewhat decent IVs, does anybody know if doing this will change the OT code like shinifying does? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have some event pokemon from 2007 onwards that are completely untouched, eg. 10 anniversary Latios/Latias, TRU Manaphy, and many more, I can offer some in exchange for help! Thanks!
