Me need help

Ok my friend has Pokémon Black on DSI and I have pokemon ORAS on 3DS XL. We want to trade but cant figure out how. Any help? Thank you for your time!

Thank you for your time!You have to have pokemon bank for it to work and the only part that sucks is that the person with Black/White/Black 2/White 2 can only give you pokemon and you can't give them pokemon.
