Also to answer your question, if you mean *new* megastones than the current existing ones that is unknown but if you mean the current megastones then you can obtain them from the battletree in exchange for BP.

@Athral_Burn Not all existing Megastone are available right now. For example, Pidgeotite can't be obtained at the moment.
