So i have been wondering about the name of those npc's you see everywhere in pokemon oras, you know those blonde ones, they work at the battle ressort and many more places.
if you know their name that would great help

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but this site link to a page on bulbapedia, there you can select the type of trainer from the specific game and it will tell you what their names are, there are broad names like Biker, Twins, Grunt, but there are also specific names like Youngster Joey
