National Dex help???

Ok, so I have beaten Omega Ruby and have 77 caught in the regional dex, and 130 in the national dex. I have no friends to help me complete the national dex for the shiny+Oval charm so, I am asking anyone who has completed the dex to help me register them all. Much obliged- Tornadoman smile emoticon
 Just breed your starter pokemon, then offer whatever you hatch on GTS for the Pokemon you need.
As for legendaries, trade-back.

Well first of all, you can go back and catch all the Pokemon that you missed.
