New Powersave Not Working

So I finally bought a Powersave but when I went to put in my license key, it gives me an error. Has anyone else had this problem?

I've read about it not working when doing research before buying one you either have to call the support line and resolve it or if they say no, you'll have to return /exchange it from wherever you bought it from
