EDIT: On attempting to see what would happen if Wally were put into a Super-Secret Base, it resulted in the boss being a Hiker instead of Wally. That got me curious--if Wally turned out to be a hiker, then what about the other NPCs?
As a result, rather than this being just about Wally, I'm turning this thread into an NPC Secret Base Extravaganza (Yes, that's what I'm calling it. Don't question.). I'll post QR codes for bases with NPCs as their bosses, and I'll post any substituting trainer in parentheses. I wish you good luck on all your endeavors!
