[ORAS] Mirage Spots?

Does anyone know what causes mirage spots ( mirage island/forest/mountain, the ones with no legendaries) to appear and disappear?

I don't think the spot will disappear when you unlock them. Most of the spot require a very specific Pokemon(s) in you party for it to even show up. The only on that i can think of that doesn't require anything is the pathless plain.

Scroll down till the Mirage Spot Pokémon section, it says what you need to see which pokemon e.g

#480 Uxie, #481 Mesprit, #482 Azelf
Location: Nameless Cavern (Near Sootopolis City)
Additional Requirements: Pokémon with high Happiness

That actually requires you to have 3 pokemon with full EV's in your party
