[ORAS] Move Tutors In ORAS

There are various people around the Hoenn region who will teach your Pokemon a variety of moves, some for free and some for BP. This thread is to detail each one, as well as what they teach.

1. Fire Pledge, Water Pledge, Grass Pledge
Located on the right hand part of Mauville City's shopping is a move tutor. This tutor will teach one of the pledge moves to any of the starter Pokemon from any region.

Fire Pledge
A special Fire type move with the base power of 80, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. Can be combined with other 'Pledge' moves on a double or triple battle.

Water Pledge
A Special Water type move with the base power of 80, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. Can be combined with other 'Pledge' moves on a double or triple battle.

Grass Pledge
A Special Grass type move with the base power of 80, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. Can be combined with other 'Pledge' moves on a double or triple battle.

2. Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon
Also located on the right hand part of Mauville City's shopping is another move tutor. This tutor will teach one of the elemental beam moves to any of the fully evolved starter Pokemon from any region.

Frenzy Plant
A Special Grass type move with the base power of 150, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 90. The Pokemon that uses this move can't use a move the next turn.

Blast Burn
A Special Fire type move with the base power of 150, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 90. The Pokemon that uses this move can't use a move the next turn.

Hydro Cannon
A Special Water type move with the base power of 150, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 90. The Pokemon that uses this move can't use a move the next turn.

3. Secret Sword, Relic Song
Located in the south-western part of Mauville City is a small café. Within this café, you will find this character who will teach moves to two specific Pokémon. He will teach Secret Sword to Keldeo, causing it to instantly change form, or Relic Song to Meloetta.

Secret Sword
A Special Fighting type move with the base power of 85, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. Turns Keldeo into its Resolute Form.

Relic Song
A Special Normal type move with the base power of 75, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. Turns Meloetta into its Pirouette Form.

4. Draco Meteor
In the north-eastern part of Sootopolis City is a house with this elderly gentleman within it. If you speak to him with a Dragon-type Pokémon of high happiness, he will teach it the special move, Draco Meteor.

Draco Meteor
A Special Dragon type move with the base power of 130, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 90. It lowers your Special Attack by 2 stages

5. Dragon Ascent
After completing the Delta Episode, you will find Zinnia's grandmother right in the middle of the first floor of Meteor Falls. Speak to her, and she says she'll be happy to teach your Rayquaza the special move, Dragon Ascent, if it has previously forgotten it. Rayquaza needs to know Dragon Ascent to Mega Evolve.

Dragon Ascent
A Physical Dragon type move with the base power of 120, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 100. It lowers your Defense and Special Defense by 1 stage when used. Also a move needed by Rayquaza in order for it to Meva Evolve.

6. Battle Resort Tutor #1
In the Battle Resort, west of the Pokemon Center, there are four small shacks, each of them housing a special tutor. These Move Tutors will teach your Pokemon various moves in exchange for BP earned in the Battle Maison. The first tutor from the left teaches the following moves:

4 Battle Point Moves
Bind
A Physical Normal type move with the base power of 15, 20 PP, and a accuracy of 100. Things such as long bodies or tentacles are used to bind and squeeze the target for four to five turns.

Snore
A Special Normal type move with the base power of 50, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. An attack that can be used only if the user is asleep. The harsh noise may also make the target flinch.

Water Pulse
A Special Water type move with the base power of 60, 20 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user attacks the target with a pulsing blast of water. It may also confuse the target.

Shock Wave
A Special Electric type move with the base power of 60, 20 PP, and it always hits (basically a accuracy of 100). The user strikes the target with a quick jolt of electricity. This attack cannot be evaded.

Bug Bite
A Physical Bug type move with the base power of 60, 20 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user bites the target. If the target is holding a Berry, the user eats it and gains its effect.

Covet
A Physical Normal type move with the base power of 60, 25 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user endearingly approaches the target, then steals the target's held item.

8 Battle Point Moves

Low Kick
A Physical Fighting type move with 20 PP, and a accuracy of 100. A powerful low kick that makes the target fall over. It inflicts greater damage on heavier targets.

Signal Beam
A Special Bug type move with a base power of 75, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user attacks with a sinister beam of light. It may also confuse the target.

Giga Drain
A Special Grass type move with a base of 75, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.

Thunder Punch
A Physical Electric type move with a base power of 75, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The target is punched with an electrified fist. It may also leave the target with paralysis.

Fire Punch
A Physical Fire type move with a base power of 75, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The target is punched with a fiery fist. It may also leave the target with a burn.

Ice Punch
A Physical Ice type move with a base power of 75, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The target is punched with an icy fist. It may also leave the target frozen.

Drain Punch
A Physical Fighting type move with a base power of 75, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. An energy-draining punch. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.

12 Battle Point Moves

Knock Off
A Physical Dark type move with a base power of 65, 25 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user slaps down the target's held item, preventing that item from being used in the battle.

Super Fang
A Physical Normal type move with 10 PP, and a accuracy of 90. The user chomps hard on the target with its sharp front fangs. It cuts the target's HP to half.

Dual Chop
A Physical Dragon type move with a base power of 40, 15 PP and a accuracy of 90. The user attacks its target by hitting it with brutal strikes. The target is hit twice in a row.

Endeavor
A Physical Normal type move with 5 PP, and a accuracy of 100. An attack move that cuts down the target's HP to equal the user's HP.

Uproar
A Special Normal type move with a base power of 90, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user attacks in an uproar for three turns. Over that time, no one can fall asleep.

Iron Tail
A Physical Steel type move with a base power of 100, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 75. The target is slammed with a steel-hard tail. It may also lower the target's Defense stat.

Bounce
A Physical Flying type move with a base power of 85, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 85. The user bounces up high, then drops on the target on the second turn. It may also leave the target with paralysis.

Drill Run
A Physical Ground type move with a base power of 80, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 95. The user crashes into its target while rotating its body like a drill. Critical hits land more easily.

Iron Head
A Physical Steel type move with a base power of 80, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user slams the target with its steel-hard head. It may also make the target flinch.

Zen Headbutt
A Physical Psychic type move with a base power of 80, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 90. The user focuses its willpower to its head and attacks the target. It may also make the target flinch.

12 Battle Point Moves

Aqua Tail
A Physical Water type move with a base power of 90, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 90. The user attacks by swinging its tail as if it were a vicious wave in a raging storm.

Dragon Pulse
A Special Dragon type move with a base power of 85, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The target is attacked with a shock wave generated by the user's gaping mouth.

Seed Bomb
A Physical Grass type move with a base power of 80, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user slams a barrage of hard-shelled seeds down on the target from above.

Heat Wave
A Special Fire type move with a base power of 95, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 90. The user attacks by exhaling hot breath on the opposing team. It may also leave targets with a burn.

Last Resort
A Physical Normal type move with a base power of 140, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 100. This move can be used only after the user has used all the other moves it knows in the battle.

Hyper Voice
A Special Normal type move with a base power of 90, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user lets loose a horribly echoing shout with the power to inflict damage.

Foul Play
A Physical Dark type move with a base power of 95, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user turns the target's power against it. The higher the target's Attack stat, the greater the damage.

Earth Power
A Special Ground type move with a base power of 90, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user makes the ground under the target erupt with power. It may also lower the target's Sp. Def.

16 Battle Point Moves

Outrage
A Physical Dragon type move with a base power of 120, 10 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user rampages and attacks for two to three turns. It then becomes confused, however.

Superpower
A Physical Fighting type move with a base power of 120, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user attacks the target with great power. However, it also lowers the user's Attack and Defense.

Gunk Shot
A Physical Poison type move with a base power of 120, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 80. The user shoots filthy garbage at the target to attack. It may also poison the target.

Sky Attack
A Physical Flying type move with a base power of 140, 5 PP, and a accuracy of 90. A second-turn attack move where critical hits land more easily. It may also make the target flinch.

Focus Punch
A Physical Fighting type move with a base power of 150, 20 PP, and a accuracy of 100. The user focuses its mind before launching a punch. It will fail if the user is hit before it is used.

In the Battle Resort, west of the Pokemon Center, there are four small shacks, each of them housing a special tutor. These Move Tutors will teach your Pokemon various moves in exchange for BP earned in the Battle Maison. The third tutor from the left teaches the following moves:

8. Battle Point Moves

Block
5 PP. The user blocks the target's way with arms spread wide to prevent escape.

Skill Swap
10 PP. The user employs its psychic power to exchange Abilities with the target.

Synthesis
5 PP. The user restores its own HP. The amount of HP regained varies with the weather.

Role Play
20 PP. The user mimics the target completely, copying the target's natural Ability.

Pain Split
10 PP. The user adds its HP to the target's HP, then equally shares the combined HP with the target.

Gastro Acid
10 PP. The user hurls up its stomach acids on the target. The fluid eliminates the effect of the target's Ability.

Worry Seed
10 PP. A seed that causes worry is planted on the target. It prevents sleep by making its Ability Insomnia.

Spite
10 PP. The user unleashes its grudge on the move last used by the target by cutting 4 PP from it.

After You
15 PP. The user helps the target and makes it use its move right after the user.

Helping Hand
20 PP. The user assists an ally by boosting the power of its attack.

Trick
10 PP. The user catches the target off guard and swaps its held item with its own.

Recycle
10 PP. The user recycles a held item that has been used in battle so it can be used again.

Snatch
10 PP. The user steals the effects of any healing or stat-changing move the opponent attempts to use.

Magic Coat
15 PP. A barrier reflects back to the target moves like Leech Seed and moves that damage status.

Magnet Rise
15 PP. The user levitates using electrically generated magnetism for five turns.

Iron Defense
15 PP. The user hardens its body's surface like iron, sharply raising its Defense stat.

9. Battle Resort Tutor #4
In the Battle Resort, west of the Pokémon Center, there are four small shacks, each of them housing a special tutor. These Move Tutors will teach your Pokémon various moves in exchange for BP earned in the Battle Maison. The fourth tutor from the left teaches the following moves:

8 Battle Point Moves

Heal Bell
5 PP. The user makes a soothing bell chime to heal the status problems of all the party Pokémon.

Tailwind
15 PP. The user whips up a turbulent whirlwind that ups the Speed of all party Pokémon for four turns.

Magic Room
10 PP. The user creates a bizarre area in which Pokémon's held items lose their effects for five turns.

Wonder Room
10 PP. The user creates a bizarre area in which Pokémon's Defense and Sp. Def stats are swapped for five turns.

Stealth Rock
20 PP. The user lays a trap of levitating stones around the opponent's team. The trap hurts opponents that switch into battle.

Gravity
5 PP. Gravity is intensified for five turns, making moves involving flying unusable and negating Levitate.

Electro Web
A Special Electric type move with a base power of 55, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 95. The user captures and attacks opposing Pokémon by using an electric net. It reduces the targets' Speed stat.

12 Battle Point Moves

Icy Wind
A Special Ice type move with a base power of 55, 15 PP, and a accuracy of 95. The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. It also reduces the targets' Speed stat.
